I will be continuing to pursue the installation of jbrowse but I do not want to be bogged down with the project so I will be putting that on the back burner. Lets try and use galaxy to find tandem repeats.

Lets try equicktandem tool with the following parameters,

-maximum repeat size 600
-thresholdscore 20

Yields no results... Every parameter setup I have tried so far has not yielded any hits. I am not sure if this is normal, I am aware Galaxy can be buggy but I cannot make it give me any hits. After the meeting I will see what may potentially causing this.
